Salmankhan who respects all religions celebrated shivarathri yesterday grandly with his family.
The actor again proved his devotion towards god and all religions.
Sallubhai who is in cuba currently for shooting ‘Ek tha tiger’ went to kajrat, farm house where his father salim khan made all preparations for performing pooja. With actor reaching the farm house, Ganesh puja was held having his family members and 125 villagers who lives near farm house.
Salman’s brothers sohail khan, arbaaz khan and his sisters alvira, arpita also took part in the pooja. Farm house has a shiva shrine. Salman’s family have appointed a pujari to take care of temple, says sources close to the family.
Salman also kept fast for the entire day. Khan family takes shivarathri as important festival. They distribute food among the poor and orphanages, old-age homes says sources.
