Will Asin Also Miss ‘Kochadaiyaan’?

When Anushka could not accept the offers of the makers of ‘Kochadaiyaan’ to do the role of the leading lady the names of Asin and Vidya Balan made big rounds and Asin’s was the big choice of the big names of the film.
But, the latest reports say that along with the names of Asin the names of Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone (who was to do postponed ‘Rana’ with Rajini) are also now being considered for the film as the producers want a big Bollywood actress to feature in the female lead. It seems Asin has already said a big ‘Yes’ to play in the film, but the makers are still undecided about the heroine.
‘Kochadaiyaan’ has superstar Rajinikanth playing the title role. Sneha plays the sister of Rajini and Prithviraj her love interest in the film. It was said Aishwarya Rai was doing a cameo in the film but the director of the film Soundarya Ashwin has denied these reports. K S Ravikumar is writing the story. Music is by A R Rahman and Rajeev Menon is handling the camera. The film is being pictured with the technology of ‘Motion Capture’ that recent Hollywood films like ‘Avatar’ and ‘Adventures of Tin Tin’ were made. The film is all set to go on floors in January 2012.
