Why Rana Walked Out of ‘Vada Chennai’?

Telugu hero Rana Daggubatti took the K-town by surprise by walking out of award winning director Vetrimaaran’s upcoming project ‘Vada Chennai’.
The reason why the star has walked out of the film has now been revealed with two versions, one from the actor himself and the other from the director!
“Vetrimaaran asked for a bulk one month call-sheet for the film but as I was already committed with two Telugu films and shooting non-stop it is impossible I can allot one month that too this March for ‘Vada Chennai’. That’s the reason I discussed with the director and withdrew myself from the project,” says Rana. But, Vetrimaaran, the director has something different to say. “Dates are one problem for Rana to act in the film but the actor also feels that his role in the film is not satisfactory to him. But, I have designed his at par with Simbhu,” Vetrimaaran supports his version.
It is now rumoured that Siddharth is all set to do the role that Rana had to do. ‘Vada Chennai’ has Simbhu doing the main male lead, Kishore, a prominent character and Andrea Jeremiah and Divya Spandana doing the leading female roles. G V Prakash Kumar is composing the music.
