Vikram’s ‘Thaandavam’ Kickstarted!

The inauguration pooja of ‘Chiyaan’ Vikram’s new film ‘Thaandavam’ was held in Chennai recently with the big presence of celebrities from Kollywood.
A pious pooja was performed and the traditional lamp was then lighted by Vikram, director Vijay, UTV Dhananjayan and G V Prakash Kumar, and the camera was rolled by the film’s director. Directors Mysskin, Ponvannan and actress Saranya participated in the function.
‘Thaandavam’ is Vikram’s second film with director Vijay after the success of ‘Deiva Thirumagal’. Anushka and Amy Jackson play the leading ladies and Santhanam is again there for comedy. G V Prakash Kumar scores music, Nirav Shah handles the camera and editing is by Anthony. The film is produced by UTV Motion Pictures. The first schedule of the shoot of the film will be held during this month for a brief period and once Vikram finishes his ‘Karikaalan’, ‘Thaandavam’ will take off at its top gear.
