Suriya’s ‘7aam Arivu’ is running successfully worldwide. ‘Maatran’ directed
is by K V Anand is his next film.
After this the actor is doing the sequel ‘Singam 2’
of his 2010 hit film ‘Singam’ with director Hari.
The heroine of the film is been finalized now. It is none other than Amala 
Paul, who is going to join the crew as Suriya’s love interest. Hari selected her after
seeing Amala ’s pictures from the stills and rushes of the upcoming film.
The eluding lady has been in controversy over her indifferent attitude
towards senior filmmakers. Earlier it was with Dhanush that the actress dumped
his wife Aishwarya directed film ‘3’ for a Telugu film, now it is Linguswamy that
the actress is showing her non cooperative attitude for the final shoots of ‘Vettai’.
