Sarathkumar Replaces Kamal Hassan!

‘Traffic’ was a big hit in Malayalam. Seeing the film’s content and the
characterization of the protagonist Kamal Hassan expressed his interests to act in
the Tamil remake of the film.
But, since the legendary actor is busy with his
directorial venture ‘Vishwaroopam’ Kamal could not allot dates for the remake.
Now, it is confirmed that Sarathkumar is replacing Kamal Hassan in the
Tamil remake of ‘Traffic’, confirms Rajesh Pillai saying, “Yes, Sarath has already
signed for the project. Once the Hindi version with Sunny Deol and Prakash Raj is
completed I would start the film in Tamil. Prakash Raj would reprise his Hindi role
in Tamil also”!
Sarathkumar has been choosing roles of different nature nowadays. His last
outing Raghava Lawrence’s hit film ‘Kanchana’ showed him as a transgender and
the actor had also delivered a splendid performance.
