‘Mayakkam Enna’ and ‘Osthe’ Star Richa in Bengali Film!

She captured the young Tamil hearts with her scintillating performances in the movies Dhanush’s ‘Mayakkam Enna’ and Simbhu’s ‘Osthe’ that opened her account in Kollywood.
Richa Gangopadhyay was already a star in Telugu industry and raising her career ladder with new films knocking her doors.
Now, the Bengali girl is debuting in a new industry! And, it is none other than her own Bengali industry that she is now debuting with a film that has already started its shoot. The pretty actress is presently staying at Kolkata for the film in which popular Bengali actor Prosenjit is doing the protagonist. The actress confirmed part in the film in her twitter space writing, “Shooting is going on well in Kolkata. This is a Bengali film, in my mother tongue!”
Richa was to do the remake of Tamil hit ‘Tiruttupayale’ in Hindi with director Sushi Ganesan but due to date problems it seems some other actress is replacing her. The actress is also doing a Telugu film now.
