Kajal Agarwal Wins a Legal Battle!

Kajal Agarwal, who is one of the most successful actresses in south, has won a legal battle with a coconut oil company in a case filed in the High court of Madras.
The actress had filed a case against VVD Coconut Oil Company, who was using her video clippings beyond the agreement period. The ad was still appearing on Television and also in print even after the expiry of the contract in December 2010. The actress went to court to ban the ad and also asked for compensation of Rs. 2.5 Crore from the company. The court ruled that the company should stop telecasting the ad immediately. But, no compensation was granted for the actress in the ruling.
Kajal Agarwal is currently acting in two big movies in Tamil K V Anand’s ‘Maatran’ with Suriya and A R Murugadoss’ ‘Thupakki’ with Vijay.
