K V Anand Directed Suriya’s ‘Maatran’ Status!

Suriya is fresh from his big success ‘7aam Arivu’ with director A R Murugadoss! And, K V Anand had delivered the blockbuster movie ‘Ko’ with Jiiva. And, after the stupendous success of ‘Ayan’ the duo has come together again for their next film ‘Maatran’.
The shooting had already started and the crew has completed the first schedule in Moscow, Russia and Eastern Europe and has returned to Chennai for their second schedule. The shoot in Chennai is also going on in a brisk pace. The filmmakers want the film to be completed by March and have a grand release of the film for Tamil New Year. And, targeting this, the producer and the director are putting their best effort to finish the shoot by February and do the post-production in March.
‘Maatran’ has Suriya and Kajal Agarwal in the lead. Harris Jayaraj scores the music and camera is handled by S Sounderrajan. The film is produced by AGS Entertainment.
