K S Ravikumar Going to Bollywood with ‘Saamy’ Remake?

‘Saamy’ starring Vikram was a big hit and the film is going to be the reason why K S Ravikumar is now launching himself in Bollywood. Yes, the veteran director is remaking the Tamil hit in Hindi debuting in B-town!
In a happy note the Ravikumar said, “I’m going to do a Hindi film and the script will be of ‘Saamy’, yes, it’s a remake. Sanjay Dutt is all likely to feature in the lead role and Amitab Bachchan is being approached to do a crucial role in the film. The film will go on floors in April 2012”! It is also learnt young talent and ‘Why this Kolaveri Di…’ fame Anirudh will be scoring music for this remake film.
K S Ravikumar is currently busy working with superstar Rajinikanth and his daughter Soundarya Ashwin for the film ‘Kochadaiyaan’ in writing the script of the film. Soundarya is directing it. ‘Rana’ will get its grand start once Rajini and Ravikumar complete their respective projects.
