Actor Jiiva is celebrating his 29th birthday today. He is turning 28.
The actor was born to his producer father R B Choudry and started his film career as a child artist in his father’s production in 90s.
The actor’s first film as a lead actor was ‘Aasai Aasaiyai’ and with the success of director Ameer’s ‘Ram’ he became a star. His performances in ‘Ram’, ‘Katrathu Tamizh’ and ‘E’ put him as a performer and the successes of ‘Siva Manasula Sakthi’ and ‘Ko’ made him a commercial hero. The super duper hit of ‘Ko’ made by K V Anand put Jiiva in the league of big young heroes of Tamil cinema.
His next big release is ‘Nanban’ with Vijay and Srikanth and directed by Shankar. ‘Mugamoodi’ is another big film that Jiiva has with ace director Mysskin directing it. And, a line-up of films, including one directed by Ahmed, and another by Rajesh M that is jointly produced by him and Arya.
Jiiva is married to his childhood sweetheart Supriya and has a kid.
