It is 100th Day For Ajith’s ‘Mankatha’!

‘Thala’ Ajith’s big film ‘Mankatha’ is celebrating the completion of 100 days successful running in theatres. The much hyped film was released on 31st August 2011, and after a long time, after Shankar directed Rajini’s ‘Endhiran’, this is the film that created new records at box-office.
It is confirmed that there will not be any official celebration from the filmmakers and the team for the reason that the hero of the film Ajith does not have the habit of attending any film function and without the hero it won’t look grand celebrating the film!
Ajith Kumar’s 50th film was directed by Venkat Prabhu and a big band of star cast including ‘Action King’ Arjun, Trisha, Vaibhav, Anjali, Andrea, Premgi Amaren, Mahat, Ashwin and Lakshmi Rai. Yuvan Shankar Raja had scored the music and the film was produced by Cloud Nine Movies of Dayanidhi Alagiri.
