Happy to Act Under Dhanush’s Direction! – Abishek Bachchan

It was big rumour that Bollywood evergreen superstar Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abishek Bachchan are acting in a Hindi film that actor Dhanush is debuting as a director.
Abishek Bachchan was in Chennai city recently and the star who just became a proud father of a girl baby opened up about things all about the city, Tamil film industry and the stars here. “I have been visiting this city since my childhood. I love this city very much and if I was not living in Mumbai I would be living here in this wonderful city”, says the actor. When quizzed about Dhanush directing him and his father for a Hindi film he says, “That is news for me. We did discuss about our films that we are currently doing and of course about his debut direction. But, it is not true that I was offered a role in the film. If I’m asked to act in his film, it would be an honour for me to act under this talented star’s film,” says the actor.
After the stupendous hit of the soup song ‘Why This Kolaveri Di…’ written and sung by Dhanush Amitabh and Abishek came to the praise of Dhanush and his film ‘3’ team for bringing up this super hit song. ‘3’ is directed by Aishwarya Dhanush and Shruti Hassan plays the female lead opposite Dhanush. Anirudh Ravichander scores the music.
