Director Vetrimaran to Adapt a Novel for His Next!

National award winning director Vetrimaran participated at the recently held Thiruvananthapuram International Film Festival and at the event the director announced that he was going to adapt a Malayalam novel for his next project.
The novel titled ‘Limelight’ is written by Malayalam film director Sohanlal. The writer-director has already narrated the whole story of the novel to Vetrimaran and the ‘Aadukalam’ director was very much impressed with the writing. “‘Limelight’ tells the story of a film producer and this story can be adapted for a Tamil film also. I will do this film after completing ‘Vada Chennai’,” says Vetrimaaran.
The director has already started his next project ‘Vada Chennai’ with Simbhu. Dhayanidhi Alagiri’s Cloud Nine Movies is producing the film and G V Prakash Kumar is scoring the music.
