Actress Mamta Mohandas’ engagement function was held on 11.11.11 in a simple function at her home in Kochi where a small gathering of close relatives and friends attended.
The actress is marrying her childhood sweetheart Pregith, who is currently living in Bahrain. Mamta was also born in Bahrain and later shifted to India. The marriage of Mamta and Pregith will be held next year in a grand manner at Kochi.
The pretty actress, who has acted in movies in all the south Indian languages, is also an acclaimed playback singer. Mamta has acted in Tamil films ‘Sivappathikaaram’ with Vishal, ‘Kuselan’ with Rajinikanth, ‘Guru En Aalu’ with Madhavan and currently acting in ‘Thadaiyara Thaakka’ with Arun Vijay. The actress is a successful survivor of cancer. She is completely cured of the disease and perfectly fit with her health.
