Veteran filmmaker K Bhagyaraj is celebrating his birthday today. He is turning 62!
The versatile actor-director-producer got into films as an assistant director in the film Bharathiraja’s ’16 Vayathinile’ the film that featured Kamal Hassan, Rajinikanth and Sridevi in the lead role. Bhagyaraj went on to do films as writer and assistant director with Bharathiraja and ‘Puthiyavarpugal’ turned him into a hero. There was no looking back and this multifaceted made many hit films including ‘Mouna Geethangal’, ‘Mundhanai Mudichu’, ‘Thooral Ninnu Pochu’, ‘Enga Chinna Rasa’ and ‘Ithu Namma Aalu’.
The talented filmmaker’s last release was ‘Siddhu +2’ in which his son Shantanoo featured in the lead role. Bhagyaraj is concentrating in acting and doing many films as an actor. Filmics.com wishes the actor-director a very happy birthday!
