Dhanush’s Film ‘3’ Single Track Launched!

Dhanush’s upcoming film ‘3’ was in news recently for one of the songs that was leaked in the internet.
To counter the song leak the makers of ‘3’ came up with the idea of releasing the song officially and the single track album launch happened on 15.11.11 at Express Avenue, Chennai in a function organized by Radio Mirchi!
The single track ‘Why this Kolaveri di…’ was launched at the function that was attended by hero Dhanush, heroine Shruti Hassan, director Aishwarya Dhanush and music director Anirudh. RJ Ajai conducted a special programme for the film and played Dhanush special songs on FM Radio. Dhanush has penned and sung this song that reflects the attitude of present day young generation!
“I was just scribbling some poems when I was in the sets of ‘3’ and when Aishwarya read the writings she persuaded me to develop it into a song that could be used in the film. I went on to write the full song and also sang it,” says Dhanush. For Anirudh, the music director this is the first ever film in the industry.
‘3’ is superstar Rajinikanth daughter Aishwarya Dhanush’s first directorial venture. The film is a romantic outing being made targeting the young generation. Shruti Hassan plays the love interest of Dhanush in the film.
Camera is handled by Velraj and Kola Bhaskar does the editing. The film is produced by Dhanush’s home production R K Productions.
